MLB Playoff Race


The MLB season is winding down. With only a week and some change left until october baseball. It is now or never for the teams looking in, to make a push. The Toronto Blue Jays are trying to hold on for the AL’s top seed but, the New York Yankees are trying to usurp the division title. The Detroit Tigers are trying to hold off the Cleveland Guardians for the division. The Houston Astros and Seattle Mariners are neck and neck for the AL west lead in the middle of a pivotal series vs each other. The Boston Red Sox are trying to fend off the Guardians for the final AL playoff spot. The Philadelphia Phillies have clinched their division and a playoff spot. The Milwaukee Brewers and Chicago Cubs have clinched the playoffs. The Brewers are trying to clinch the division over the Cubs. The Los Angeles Dodgers and San Diego Padres a battling for the NL west title and are virtual locks to make the postseason. The New York Mets have not played great this month and are attempting to fend off the Arizona Diamondbacks, Cincinnati Reds, and San Francisco Giants for the final NL playoff spot.
